Breakfast

Breakfast will be served from 08.00 to 09.30 to start the day. For a breakfast a little earlier, thank you for consulting us. On sunny days, you can take it on the terrace. You will enjoy:

  • Fresh bread and croissants cooked on site by our care,
  • Butter and handcrafted jams (blueberry, raspberry, clementine, apricot…) from the Hautes-Alpes,
  • Orange juice selected by our care,
  • Hautes-Alpes artisanal apple juice,
  • Fresh fruit,
  • Ham/country cheese on request with extra charge,
  • Compotes,
  • Cereals, madeleines…,
  • Fresh milk from the farm,
  • Countryside white cheese of the Hautes Alpes,
  • Farm yogurt,
  • Brioche.

Lunch

At lunchtime you will enjoy “à la carte”, in the dining room or the terrace.

The restaurant is open from 12h00 to 14h00. In the afternoon, we will serve you on the large sunny panoramic terrace, along the small torrent : hot or fresh drinks, iced cups or why not a fruit pie of the day to recover after a nice hike.

 

At dinner

In the evening, we offer (to our guests only) a 1/2 family kitchen board, with traditionnal dishes from the terroir of our mountains or more inventive, but always based on fresh products. Depending on the attendance and your cravings, we will be able to join you in sharing this meal.
